Waitlist Social

Try a waitlist-first conference after-party registration flow with LinkedIn screening, nominated guests, and QR code check-in.

Late-night conference week party with a live band, good wine, and a room full of founders, investors, and operators. Thousands can apply, but you only let about 300 in, so registration starts on a waitlist.

Waitlist by default

New signups land in Waitlist, so you can approve in waves once you see who actually raised their hand.

Calendar hold for momentum

The waitlist email can include a calendar invite so people save the night, even before they are approved.

A short form that still screens

Require a LinkedIn URL, ask for company and role, and collect a profile photo so your door team and hosts can recognize people, while keeping the waiver text on the landing page and a single checkbox on the form.

Nominations instead of a generic +1

Guests can nominate founders or investors they vouch for, and each nomination becomes a separate guest tied back to the inviter.

Collaborative vetting and a faster door

Share a real-time guest list view with your team (optional editable Notes column), import enrichment as custom fields, then send QR codes two hours before doors so check-in is a quick scan with the guest photo on screen.

Try registration

This demo uses a public link so anyone can try it. In practice, you usually send each guest a personal RSVP link that knows who they are, pre-fills what you already have, and can skip the name and email step.

If someone forwards their link, it still points back to their profile, which matters when you are checking QR codes and photos at the door.
