How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on your team size and event volume. Most teams pay annually. No per-guest fees. On a call we’ll figure out which plan fits and whether any add-ons make sense for your workflow.
Is Gatsby right for my organization?
If events are how you build and maintain relationships, yes. Some of our teams run a hundred events a year. Others started with a single high-stakes dinner and grew from there. What they have in common is that the guest experience and the relationships behind it aren’t something they want to improvise.

Do you offer implementation support?
Yes. We’ll help train your team. Most teams are running live events within a week or two.

You get human support over email or Slack. Let us know ahead of your event and we’ll be available for anything urgent, including after hours.
How do you handle data security?
We’re SOC 2 Type II certified. We do regular security audits and we never share or sell your information. Your contacts stay yours.
Do you support SSO and 2FA?
Yes. Google Workspace SSO is included in the base platform. Two-Factor Authentication can be enforced. We support Okta as well.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Your RSVP pages and emails match your brand. Custom domain setup is available as an add-on.
Can we export our data?
Always. Export your contacts, event history, and engagement data anytime in CSV or Excel. No lock-in.
Can I test before my event goes live?
Yes. You can run a full test event without affecting your real guest list.
