Guest history, preferences, and dietary needs carry from one event to the next, all behind your brand.
The Gatsby Model

The platform starts with Contacts: everyone you’ve ever invited, their dietary restrictions, their seating preferences, their attendance history. Add a contact to an Event (with a date) or a List (ongoing, no date).

From there, run Campaigns to invite them, Registration to collect RSVPs, and Day-of Tools to check them in and seat them. After the event, attendance syncs to your CRM.

Every interaction writes back to the contact. Next time you invite them, you see everything.
